  To Shelby Luna review. I'm the worker you spoke with, Teresa. I remember this. Reading ur review I now know what happen. A lot of ppl don't know this. When using ur card at the pump. It automatically holds $100. Later releasing the difference. It happens in a 24hr. or less time period. Why most time ppl don't see it. To avoid that pre pay inside. Sorry I couldn't explain this that nite. I do not have access to the books. Glad I could explain here for u n others. Thank you!
